- the online mail-order and distribution site that serves you 24 hours
a day. Take a look around. We've got tons of underground music
to satisfy your every punk-rock need, including rare and out-of-print
stuff, loads of vinyl, plus well-known releases by your favorite indie
artists. You can browse our catalog alphabetically by band
or find a specific artist using quick search. Power search
enables you to look up a specific title, label, format, etc... Our stock
is growing everyday. We won't stop until we have the best variety
of independently released music/punk/rock possible. There's lots

We
take credit cards -- Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
Express. CREDIT
CARD ORDERING IS SAFE when
you use our shopping cart system and secure server. All sensitive/credit
information supplied by users is encrypted and transmitted over the
internet via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Bust out your plastic
and go to town. If you're still
paranoid, you can use your credit card to order by phone / fax between
the hours of 11:00 am to 6:00 pm (Pacific Coast Time), Monday thru Friday.
If you don't
have a credit card you can simply fill out an order form, print it out
and send it to us by snail mail. Well hidden cash or money order
(at your own risk) gets same day response. Checks will take longer. Check out

shipping charges are low and designed to offer you the best deal possible
on your purchase. U.S.
Shipping Rates are: First CD or LP = $2.50, Second
CD or LP = $1.50, $ .50 each additional. 7"s
= $ .50 each. If
you're only ordering seven inches:
$1.00 for first, $1.00 for second, .50c each additional.
International Shipping Rates: Canada and Mexico = Double U.S. shipping rates. All other countries = Triple U.S. shipping rates.

2xLP's, 2x7"s, imports, etc...** With a little luck you'll also
find some titles priced lower.
All orders are sent through the good ol' United States Postal Service
and are shipped First Class/Priority
for US orders and Air Mail for
foreign orders.
Our inventory is stored right here at Disgruntled headquarters and orders
are feverishly packed by Disgruntled employees. We can therefore say
with confidence that orders received before 3:00 pm (Pacific Coast Time),
Monday thru Friday, will ship that same day. Orders received after
3:00 pm (PCT), Monday thru Thursday, will ship the next day. Orders
made after 3:00 pm on Fridays, or orders made on Saturdays and Sundays
will ship on the following Monday.
